My Aged Care
My Aged Care is your starting point for getting government elderly care services. We understand that older people need some help in their day-to-day work, and getting the right support can help you stay independent for longer. You can always call us to discuss your needs and find out if you need an assessment. If you do, an evaluator will come to your home for a face-to-face assessment to determine which services you are eligible for. We can also help you estimate what you might need to pay and which service providers are near you.
If you or your parents need help due to old age, we recommend that you choose this service.

How much should I pay?
Aged care services are much like the Home Care Package, differing in that most of My Aged Care's services are provided by the government, and they cost very little (or even free), but may require a more rigorous qualification review. However, My Aged Care also has some additional services, so how much you pay for My Aged Care depends on:
- The help you need,
- The supplier you choose,
- Your finances, and
- The service you get.
Am I eligible?
You may be eligible for My Aged Care services if you:
- Noticed changes in your behavior and memory
- Have been diagnosed with a medical condition or have limited mobility
- Family care arrangements have changed, or
- Recently fell or hospitalized.
